ClickConnector was known as 'Help Desk Genie' when I embarked on my journey of digital product building back in 2016. Back then, it was a solution that helped sales staff sell directly to the visitors on the website.
The initial version was built in an indie-hacker way, and ever since, the product has been iterated to the current state with obsessed product crafters. The ever-changing customer communication landscape and the pull from the initial set of customers made us choose the problem that we want to solve: Customer Support.
